In Teams* complete the following (but every 2 min run shuttle):

100 Ball Slams 15kg/12kg

80 V Ups

60 Burpees

40 Front squats 70kg/50kg

4 Rope Climbs each

* Team members may swap in and out at any point to complete reps. All team members run every 2 min.
