EMOM for 20 mins:

First minute: 7 Bar Facing Burpees & Max Reps Thrusters 42.5kg/30kg

Second minute: Rest

On the first minute you will complete 7 Bar Facing Burpees, immediately followed by max reps Thrusters in time remaining of that minute. On the next minute, you will rest, and repeat for a total of 10 working rounds.
