In Teams of 3 complete the following for Time:


150 Wall Balls 20/14lb

Straight into


5 rounds:

12 Deadlift 70/47.5kg

9 Hang Power Cleans 70/47.5kg

6 Push Jerks 70/47.5kg

Tag in and out as needed but Every 2 minutes complete a shuttle run as a team before continuing through the workout
