Then spend a further 5 min working up to a heavy complex.

Cycling skills:

EMOM 10 min:

Min 1: 10 Burpees

Max Power Cleans 50/35kg (these should be touch ‘n’ go - practising cycling skills today)

Min 2: Rest 1 min
