(1 from the floor, 1 below the knee & 1 above the knee)

-Start moderately light and increase the weight each set.

3 Power Cleans 60/42.5kg

6 Push-ups

9 Air Squats

-Rest 1 min between rounds


Scoring: Start each round back at the start and score each round separately.
