4 x 2-minute rounds of:

10 Toes to Bar

12 Jumping Lunges

Max Overhead Squats, 50kg (35kg) in the remaining time

-Rest 1-minute between rounds

-The 4th round is extended to 3-minutes - Go until the time is up or until 75 Overhead Squats are complete
