LOCKDOWN WOD
4 x 400m Run
Start a new run every 2:30
AMRAP in 10 min:
50 air squats
50 Double Unders (or if you don’t have a rope, jumps with a double tap of the hips whilst you’re in the air)
Remember to warm your calves and hamstrings up well before completing your workout.

Jog 100m
Calf stretch x 30 sec/side
Calf pumps x 30
Bend and bow x 10
Windmills x 10
Air squat x 10
Jog 100m
Push up plus x 5
Inchworm push up x 5
Tuck crunch x 5
Side to side hops x 10
Kickback burpee x 3
Burpee x 3
Jog 100m
