10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls, 40kg/25kg
12 Thrusters, 40kg/25kg
14 Push-ups
Max Calories on any machine in a team of 3
-All team members complete the SDHP, Thrusters & Push-ups at the same time. Once the first person finishes their push- ups they can start on the calories ahead of their teammates.
