5 rounds for time:

5 Wall Climbs (or 1 min handstand hold against wall, can accumulate the 1 min if you need to break it up)

10 Push Ups

150m Run

Or if you have a DB or KB

5 Wall Climbs (or 1 min handstand hold against wall, can accumulate the 1 min if you need to break it up)

10 DB Hang Clean & Jerks (5 left, 5 right)
