Run as far as you can in 20 min
Challenge yourself to get at least 3km done. Even if you need a little break with a bit of a walk, make it a run walk to travel as far as you can in 20 min.
If you are a confident runner and would like to test your 5km pace, complete 5km for Time (record this in the option in Beyond the Whiteboard)
