Every 1 min for 12 mins, alternating between:
2 Back Squats, 80% 1RM
10 Pull-ups *
*Scaling
5-10 Pull-ups / Practice Kipping, 30-40 secs
Choose a number on the pull-ups that you're able to complete the reps in 30-40 secs.
For more of a challenge complete Chest to Bar Pull-ups (regular kip)

Run, 800 m
16 Front Squats, 45/30 kg
2 Rope Climbs
