80 Sit Ups

60 Front Rack Lunge 42.5/30kg

40 Ball Slams 15/12kg

20 Push Ups (each)

10 Rope Climbs



Scaling

Front Squats & Front Rack Lunge – reduce weight

Ball Slams – reduce weight

Ring Dips – Bar Dips/Bench Dips

Rope Climbs - ½ height/Pull to stands
