What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program designed to get anyone fit. It combines constantly varied functional movement at (relative) high intensity. We do pull ups, push ups, weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing etc. All workouts are infinitely scalable for various skill and ability levels. (Courtesy of CrossFit Inc.)
