Anyone starting CrossFit is invited to our Introductory Sessions. These small group sessions are designed to provide an overview of CrossFit, take you through the basic movements and progressions, give you a workout in a small group setting and to brief you on what to expect in the main classes. The session will move at a slower pace than a regular class to provide you with the opportunity to become familiar with new movements and perhaps a new style of training. We recommend 2 sessions which are covered with the one price of $80.
