Constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity (relative to your level of fitness). CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program designed to get anyone fit. We do pull ups, push ups, weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing etc. All workouts are infinitely scalable for various skill and ability levels. Our program is designed to provide members with the opportunity to develop fitness across the ten general physical preparedness (GPP) skills. (Courtesy of CrossFit Inc.)

                          Open Gym

Gym space and equipment available for use by members on CrossFit Plus membership. Open gym is available whilst CrossFit classes are in operation. Please note: Whilst we don’t envisage this will ever be a problem, the main class will have priority over equipment and space.

Small group introductory sessions for people new to CrossFit. Please book in via the sign on form.

CrossFit Kids & CrossFit

Pre-Teens

Our PreSchool and Kids classes are all about pairing fitness with fun. Our goal for these classes is to have kids being active whilst having a fantastic time. They will learn functional movements and will get a good workout, but our goal is fun and for the kids to be wanting to come back for more.  

Pre-Teens is where we're ready to work a little harder. Modelled more on an adult class, but still with lots of fun.

CrossFit Pre-School

CrossFit for children aged 3-5 (approx). Please note this is a 20 min class only and parents are invited to stay. The suggested ages for this class are an indication only. Please speak to a coach about the correct class for your child to ensure they have the most fun. (Coming soon)

CrossFit Kids

Currently on break.

CrossFit for children aged 5 – 12 (approx). Please note this is a 30 min class only and parents are invited to stay. The suggested ages for this class are an indication only. Please speak to a coach about the correct class for your child to ensure they have the most fun.

CrossFit Pre-Teens

Wednesdays 4:30-5:00pm.

CrossFit for children 12+ (approx). During this class we are moving more toward adult style CrossFit workouts, and progressing to added difficulty and where appropriate, some weight. Teenagers will work hard to complete a warm up, skill work, a workout and even a second skill session before we stretch.
