Jane Fogg - Owner & Trainer
Jane is the owner and lead trainer at CrossFit Sana. She has been fortunate over the years to work with the best in the business and is inspired to help others achieve their health and fitness goals. She loves what CrossFit has done for her, and sees the benefits it has on everyday life for everyone in the community. Jane started CrossFit as a mother of three with no experience with weightlifting and with very little understanding of the majority of the movements. Over the years, she has developed her skills and now draws from a competitive background of CrossFit bringing a wealth of knowledge to the team at CrossFit Sana.
Jane is a Level 3 CrossFit Trainer (Certified CrossFit Trainer) who is also trained as a teacher with a Bachelor of Education (Primary) and Masters of Education (Early Childhood). She is a member of the CrossFit HQ Seminar staff now training others to become CrossFit Kids Trainers. Jane believes in continually improving education and is supportive of her staff undertaking further studies so that as a team the staff at CrossFit Sana can be continually evolving to better train and support others.
Stacey Turner - Trainer
Stacey, is qualified as a dietitian, and nutritionist, with a BSc (Honours) in Nutritional Science from Sydney University, and as a personal trainer and Level 3 CrossFit Trainer, she has a wide knowledge base in numerous areas of health and wellbeing.
Stacey is super passionate about helping people to reach their true health and fitness potential and continue to strive to be the best they can be. She is bubbly and driven, and will match the effort her clients put in to achieving their goals. She is so excited to be a member of the CrossFit Sana coaching team and to work alongside such high quality, caring coaches.
She has been assisting people with their training and nutrition for almost 10 years and achieving great success through giving people a basic nutrition education as well as movement tools so they can take control and responsibility of their own actions. Since 2015, Stacey and her husband Matty have been assisting people with their nutrition through their online nutrition coaching company “The Chief Life”.
She is an avid CrossFitter and has past coaching experience since 2009 at CrossFit Ignite Sydney, CrossFit Bare and CrossFit Active, CrossFit CrossAxed, CrossFit Torian as well as running her own affiliate for a year – CrossFit StarFit - before moving North to Queensland for the sun and to follow her heart.
She was part of the CrossFit HQ Seminar Team from 2011-2016, involved in training up new trainers using the CrossFit methodology at weekend Seminars all over Australia, New Zealand and occasionally further afield… Spreading the wonderful work of CrossFit and helping to “Perfect Human Movement”.
She has competed in CrossFit both as an individual athlete at the 2010 CrossFit Sectionals placing to compete at Regionals, and in a team at the CrossFit Games in 2010 and 2011. She placed 61st in the 2012 CrossFit Open, missing out on individual competition at the Regionals by one spot but enjoyed competing with the CrossFit Active Team who placed 10th. In the 2013 Open, she placed top 100 again – finishing up 79th in the Region. 2014 was a 164th place finish out of over 4,000 women in Australia and 305th finish in 2015 out of almost 8,000 women in Australia. This year she dabbled outside of CrossFit, having a crack at Fitness Modelling for something different - and with 2 months to prep, took out a 3rd place finish (Fitness Novice Short Division) and 1st place finish (Fitness Intermediate Open Division) at the AWNBS Queensland Competition and a 4th place finish in the Fitness Open Division at the ANB Asia Pacific Competition. During this prep she went from 17.2% body fat to 12.3% on her final competition day, all through eating using The Chief Life recommendations.
Jean Prill - Trainer
Jean has been passionate about fitness since he was a child, and it's no surprise that he wishes to share his passion through Crossfit. He played a lot of sport as a child and teenager, excelling at American Football as he got older. Through sport Jean gained a further interest in developing his abilities through strength and conditioning. Joining the Defence Force was the next step in his fitness journey as he took a lot of pride in striving to be amongst the fittest during physical sessions. Jean joined the Crossfit community in 2012, and has loved every moment training hard for various goals. In his role as a Trainer at CrossFit Sana, Jean has the opportunity to help share his love of fitness with the rest of the Crossfit community and those who are still yet to take part.

Ebony Fogg - Trainer
Ebony is a our youngest team member and the newest trainer we have on board. While she is new to training others, she has done CrossFit since 2012 and has competed in the sport over the last three years. In 2015 she competed in the teenage girls 14-15 year old division and placed 21st worldwide. In 2016 and 2017 she competed in the teenage girls 16-17 year old division and placed 71st and 26th worldwide respectively. Her discipline and drive as an athlete inspires those around her as she strives to give everything her all, always putting her best foot forward.
From 2014-2016 Ebony was also a part of the Again Faster Australia Academy, where she got to work closely with some of Australia’s greatest CrossFit athletes and coaches and was given the opportunity to attend workshops and seminars to increase her abilities as an athlete. Such workshops and seminars were conducted by Dimitri Klokov (weightlifter) and Hangstrong Gymnastics and both helped develop her skills as an athlete and perfect technique. Her ongoing role as a member of the Again Faster Development Team continues to give her access to such seminars and workshops and gives her the chance to continue working with some of the sport’s greats-increasing her knowledge not only as an athlete, but as a coach.
Ebony has always been super enthusiastic about her own health and fitness and cannot wait to use her newly gained coaching skills to transfer this enthusiasm onto members.
Lachie Cadden - Trainer
Alice Tucker - Trainer
Sport has always been a major part of Alice’s life having grown up playing almost every sport under the sun – swimming, hockey, little athletics, basketball, the list goes on. She settled on Tennis in which she was fortunate enough to gain a Division 1 NCAA College Tennis Scholarship to the University of Portland in the US. It was during this time that Alice’s interests in health and nutrition began. She worked closely with the Strength & Conditioning coach there, and beginning CrossFit in 2013 has only enhanced those interests.
Alice continues to demonstrate her capabilities as an athlete securing an individual spot to the CrossFit Regionals competitions in 2017 & 2018, and at the CrossFit Games as part of a team in 2015.
Alice has a Bachelor in Exercise & Sports Science and has completed her Honours (H1) in the area of Human Movement. Further qualifications include CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, ASCA Level 1, Precision Nutrition Level 1, Certificate III & IV in Fitness, and she has completed the CrossFit Masters Specialty Course. As a coach, Alice is passionate about helping people achieve their goals.
Alice has been coaching CrossFit for 5 years and although quiet in nature, she wants nothing more than to share her knowledge and help people achieve their goals.
