CrossFit Kids at CrossFit Sana

Our CrossFit Kids classes are all about pairing fitness with fun. Our goal for these classes is to have kids being active whilst having a fantastic time. They will learn functional movements and will get a good workout, but our goal is fun and for the kids to be wanting to come back for more.

 (available only during the school term)

CrossFit Kids/CrossFit Pre-teens

CrossFit for children aged 5 – 14 (approx). Please note these are 30 min classes only and parents are invited to stay. The suggested ages for these classes are an indication only. Please speak to a coach about the correct class for your child to ensure they have the most fun.

CrossFit Pre-School

CrossFit for children aged 3-5 (approx). Please note this is a 20 min class only and parents are invited to stay. The suggested ages for this class are an indication only. Please speak to a coach about the correct class for your child to ensure they have the most fun.
