AMRAP in 12 min:

Partner WOD - You do 1 movement, I do the next movement

5 Med Ball Squat Cleans 20/14lb

10 Dumbbell Hang Clean & Jerk 22.5/15kg

100m Run with Med Ball (Partner not running holds a plank)

* Partner 1 will complete the first movement, partner 2 will complete the second movement, then partner 1 will run with the med ball. While Partner 1 is running Partner 2 will hold a plank. When Partner 1 returns with Med Ball Partner 2 will now do the Med Ball Squat Cleans etc.
